"Your success is our success" is not
just a slogan for us - we really mean it. At V-Lox we undersand the importance
of support to our customers and consider it key to our success in business. We
have put a lot of thought into how to best support our customers, and came up
with a support process that we feel is both user-friendly and efficient. We
familiarize ourselves with your business by assigning an account manager, who
takes the time to learn and understand your business. The account manager is
the primary point of contact throughout the partnership. By doing that, we hope
to establish a strong relationship that works together with you to improve your
business. With the account manager being familiar with your business,
troubleshooting problems or explaining functionality becomes easier.
We do not charge for every phone call or
email. We don't think this is the right way to support our customers. The
support is included in our monthly maintenance fee, so users don't have to
calculate how much it would cost before they send an email or make a phone
call.
